Having worked with hundreds of businesses across the South West of England I often repeat the same advice regarding the benefits of Twitter Hours for businesses across Cornwall, Devon & Somerset.

A twitter hour is a defined period (usually and hour) at a specific time of the week each week where twitter users get together to “Chat”.

They do this by adding a Hashtag such as “#DevonHour” to their tweets so that other users can search for that hashtag & listen into the conversation, engage, tweet, re-tweet, follow & generally get social with other users often in the local area but sometimes from neighbouring areas.

Twitter hours are managed by volunteers who man a Twitter account & act as a compare
